Steam

Boil water in a steamer. Place Momos on a greased tray. Steam for 10-15 minutes until done. Serve with MOMO sauce.

Pany fry

Heat a non-stick pan with oil. Cook Momos until golden on the bottom. Add water, cover, and steam. Uncover and crisp up. Serve with MOMO sauce.

Traditionally, momo is accompanied by a classic trio of sauces—tomato sesame, and hot chili. However, feel free to experiment with any sauces of your preference.

Kothey/Pan fried Momo

Kothey Momo, a Nepali favorite, features an elongated shape and diverse fillings. Half-steamed and half-fried, it comes with veg, chicken, buff, or pork fillings, accompanied by tangy tomato and spicy hilly sauce.

Chilly Momo
