Steam
  • Fill steamer with water, bring water to boil.
  • Place MOMO's on steamer, steam 14-15 minutes.
  • team 14-15 minutes.
  • Heat oiled pan fry MOMO's till golden on bottom.
  • Add hot water, steam 7-8 minutes until fully cooked.
  • Uncovered, crisp bottoms.
  • Serve hot with Momo sauce.
  • Preheat air fryer to 2-3 minutes to 180°C
  • Lightly spray or brush MOMO with oil.
  • Arrange in a single layer in the basket.
  • Cook for 14-15 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  • Serve hot with Momo sauce.
